Before you place an order
☞ Before ordering, please confirm the type, size, color, taste and quantity of the goods you want to buy, and complete the payment within 2 days. Any malicious abandoner will be added to the blacklist.
☞ The product is in stock + pre-order. If there is a stock, the shipment will be arranged within 2-3 working days after the remittance is completed.
☞ All products are shipped in the order of remittance. For spot payment, please complete the remittance within two days. Overdue shops have the right to cancel the order.
☞ If you want to change or cancel the order after the order is completed, the handling fee of each bank will be involved. Please check the return and exchange policy for details.
☞ The color of the product is subject to the photo of the single product. The brightness of the light and the screen display will affect the visual perception and a slight color difference. Please be sure to consider the detailed product description or contact us before placing an order before purchasing.
Notice for direct delivery and pre-order in Korea
-Korean direct delivery and pre-order products have a long waiting time, and the products may be out of stock. If it is urgent or inconvenient to wait for additional products, it is recommended that you take more consideration before placing an order.
-For Korean pre-purchase payments, please complete the order and remit before the pre-order deadline to be considered successful. Late remittances or no remittances will not be included in the pre-order list. Late remittances can be postponed to the next wave of pre-orders.
-Early arrivals will be shipped in the order of remittance. If the manufacturer has no stock and requires additional production, the waiting period will exceed 20 working days. Please contact customer service or private message fan group to confirm before placing an order.
-The delivery of some pre-ordered goods requires complicated procedures such as customs inspection and tariffs. The arrival time of different goods is different. The goods will be sent out after the goods are ready. If there are both in-stock and pre-ordered goods, they will be sent after the arrival of the pre-ordered goods. And send it out.
-Sometimes it is inevitable that Korean manufacturers will be out of stock or out of stock, and we will inform separately for separate arrangements.
Notes for self-pickup
The self-pickup order is valid for one week. Please pick up the goods at the store within one week after sending out the pick-up notice. If the pick-up time is exceeded, it will be regarded as abandonment without further notice and no refund will be provided.
