Return Policy

The return procedure is as follows:


1. Keep all packaging materials, including original packaging, receipts and related gifts.


2. Contact us within three days of receiving the goods, and submit a return request and proof pictures.


3. After confirming that the status of the goods meets the requirements of the return policy, we will notify you of the return application status as soon as possible


4. Arrange for replacement or refund within seven working days after the goods are returned.


 


*If we fail to collect the goods within seven days, ECHO (HK) reserves the right to cancel the return and exchange of the goods.


 


We have the right to reject the customer's request for return and exchange in the following situations:


 


1. The goods are damaged, but there is no request for replacement on the spot when receiving the goods (applicable to store pickup)


2. Return and exchange requirements beyond the return period


3. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to personal reasons


4. Lost or incomplete customer shipping documents


5. Products are not provided by us


6. The goods themselves do not have quality problems


7. There is a color difference between the picture and the real object


 


*Customers should consider the shipping risk before purchasing. If there is any damage or loss during the shipping, the guests are responsible for the loss.


*If you request for personal reasons after payment-cancel the order (for example: accidentally repeat the order.. etc.), 10% of the total order fee will be charged as a refund handling fee!


(Excluding reserved products, reserved products cannot be cancelled for any reason)



Note:

Only one return and exchange service is provided for each order, and the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost. In order to avoid disputes, please check the goods first after receiving the package.

If there is a problem with the same order, please report it to the customer service staff once, and the same order will not be accepted for the second report or return.


*Credit card refund processing:

1.) If the guest pays by credit card, the money should be returned via credit card when refunding.

2.) The credit card involved is about 4% handling fee, which should be borne by the guest when refunding.
